Sometimes the physical and emotional demands of a work environment can be very draining on the mind, body, and soul. This result tends to affect how we perform at work, our attitude towards loved ones, and how we view life. We will work together to see what is causing the stress and how we can dilute the toxicity with a more positive outlook.
